Background
Born in 1965, Dave is a true Tampa Bay area native.  After graduating from the
University of Florida, Dave held several positions within the accounting field before
he began originating loans in 1999:

Ernst & Young -- Senior Accountant, Certified Public Accountant
Health Plan Services, Inc. -- Assistant Controller
Medical Technology Systems -- Controller, Chief Accounting Officer

Charter Lending is the main branch of America's Mortgage Broker, LLC, also
based in Tampa, Florida.  Dave has been with the company since he began his
mortgage career in 1999.

Family
Dave has been married to his wife, Debbie, since 1997.  They live with their young
son, Rick, their two cats (Tiger & Sophie), and their dog (Jenny) in the Town N
Country area in Tampa.

Interests
A devoted aviation enthusiast, Dave earned his pilot's license in 1992, and now
owns a Grumman Super Cheetah airplane.  Dave enjoys sharing his knowledge
